At TNS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your TNS account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items and your original packing slip into the original box or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original garment tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided in your email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
